They are rushing things so much in these last few episodes. At the rate it's going, it's not even going to properly show Tang San's last 2 trials since I'm guessing that this fight will last until the very end of Soul Land 1 before Soul Land 2 comes in the near future.

Probably means flashbacks in the next season revealing what happened during the last 2 trials.

This whole angel/justice thing is just so weird, it's like a children's story where it's so obvious that what the bad guys doing is wrong despite how much they scream and shout it's good. Going to unless horror upon the world so that I can gain power to save people, painfully lax. Would've been good if the og angel at least admitted that she wanted to be the 1 in control...

If any of you love watching this angel sh!t then good for you. This angel chick never once won against TS in the novel. It’s fine if they replace the part where she “got drilled” by TS in her delusion during her last Angel test but I think it would certainly spice things up if they went down that road!

In the novel, she became madly in love with the TS in her delusion since ahem that’s her first time after all.😉 Because of that TS has become her only weakness in her path to godhood. Therefore she could only kill him or subjugate him. It’s bad enough that they turned her into some kind of angel warrior crap and then they added this split personality BS! And now she successfully conquered her evil half.. they really think she’s Lady Galadriel??!! 🤦‍♂️

Maybe the studio and some hardcore feminists love this kind of drama where the MC gets his a$$ kicked almost perpetually, but I can’t stand this BS anymore! QR making us team🐰🤣--talk about an epic character fail. QR was mildly interesting when she was working her machinations at Heaven Dou, but after that she's like a bowling ball tied to DD's ankles in the ocean. Tbh, even Bibi's character is superficial asf but she's literature compared to QR LOL. At this point the only things I'm looking forward to are Dugu Bo's epic Jade Phosphor stealth attack during the final battle and TS's Asura transformation.

Yup, any scene with Old Freak is a highlight!! He’s the most well-written supporting character imo! But if I look again, there’re really not that many compelling senior characters save for Tang Hao, Sword Douluo and maybe Ning Fengzhi. Clear Sky Clan is just meh!

Actually in terms of character development, Tang Hao is not well fleshed out at all, there’s hardly any scene where he can showcase himself. The only saving grace is his charismatic and domineering character. DD is really all about Tang San, he’s the one holding up the story. But now the production studio is changing it to the “Chronicle of Spirit Hall”!

Well the spilt personality thing your right was not in the novel but as for the fight between them and her becoming a god before him that was in the novel. But if you remember the novel her godhood is not stable she is basically a false god right now because her heart demon of being in love with TS is not resolved. I know the anime is not 100% accurate to the novel but I do not get where you think she won that fight. She tied him and considering you read the novel you should know what he is going to use to counter her next episode.

I think he is just upset about animators removing the smegxy part. I was waiting for that too cause SL1 is the first novel I've finished reading(at least I can say I finished reading something.)

My favorite Chinese anime is now a will eternal,,,they really messed up soul land. How is this a trial to be God. Compared to Tang San, she basically sneezing to become a God. And Tang San didn't even do any moves in this fight while using the trident.
